Nueces County, home to Corpus Christi, Texas, has claimed the title of county with the second highest teen pregnancy birth rate in the country--Although the percentage dropped from 1995 until 2003, the rate has remained higher than the rest of the state, which is considered one of the top-ranked teen pregnancy locations in the nation.
